Mr. Raj Kumar Jindal is the Founder & Chairman of Vivek Re-Rolling Mill and a distinguished leader in India's secondary steel industry. With decades of experience, he has played a pivotal role in shaping industry policy, driving technological advancement, and promoting sustainable manufacturing practices at both national and international levels.

President of both the All India Steel Re-Rollers Association and Laghu Udyog Bharti in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab.

Member of the Board Governors for the National Institute of Secondary Steel Technology (under the Ministry of Steel), overseeing initiatives across Gobindgarh, Nagpur, and Kolkata.

Active Steering Committee Member for the joint United Nations and Ministry of Steel development programme, focusing on modernising India's steel re-rolling sector.

Selected by the United Nations Development Programme(UNDP) / Global Environment Facility(GEF) as the core rolling mills representative for an official expert delegation to China. This mission, consisting of Ministry of Steel officials and energy specialists, studied advanced international technologies to enhance domestic practices.

His enterprise, "VIVEK RE-ROLLING MILL," was selected and successfully established as a benechmark model unit under the UNDP/GEF national steel programme.

Managing Director (MD)

Mr. Tarun Jindal, son of Mr. Raj Jindal, serves as the managing executive overseeing the core operations of the enterprise. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. Leveraging his profound expertise in operational management, he directs the facility with exceptional efficiency and strategic precision.

Especially, Mr. Jindal is the visionary architect behind the conceptualization, installation, and subsequent advancement of the Disc Unit. Through his insightful leadership and forward-looking strategic planning, he has elevated the unit to its current benchmark status by successfully integrating cutting-edge technology with a highly skilled engineering workforce. A proponent of continuous innovation, he actively champions the integration of advanced research and development into the company's business model. Furthermore, his commercial and marketing strategies remain steadfastly aligned with the corporate mandate: "QUALITY, CONSISTENCY, and COMMITMENT IN DELIVERY.
